How do I still manage to breakout when

I have a Clarasonic brush and I wash my face everyday and rotate between different face washes each week.

Ugh, my mom has to send me to the dermatologist for that and other reasons…

I even have to go to the orthodontist tomorrow because I keep biting my tongue and because my tonsils are inflamed, fuuuuuu…
